The
Harris County High School Cheerleaders held a fund-raising car wash
in Pine Mountain on Saturday, August 30, and they looked with
surprise when Pine Mountain Fire Department’s Quint 1201 pulled up.
Since
the firefighters keep their trucks clean, it did not need to be
washed, but the cheerleaders enjoyed climbing on the truck, and most
of the young ladies climbed the ladder – all the way to the top. By
comparison, when the football players held a similar car wash, only
three of the football players would climb the ladder.
The
cheerleaders are: Kyndal Amos, Danielle Beeler, Laura Boyette, Anna
Brannock, Abby Davis, Kristianna Downing, Vanessa Galvin, English
Guthrie, Krista Henson, Shelby Kite, Victoria McAbee, Sarah
Reynolds, Brittany Sanders, Alexis Schofield, Alyssa Searcy, Amanda
Sharpe, Paige Sharpe, Khelsi Stone, and Selina Swecker, The
cheerleading coach, also on the fire truck, is Whitney Thompson.
